All our paintings are custom-made to order based on your specific requirements. Consequently, they are considered non-refundable once the creation process has begun. We only accept returns or exchanges if the artwork is damaged during shipping.

Absolutely amazing. I have ordered several paintings, and every single one is amazing and perfect. From the communication to the details of the paintings and shipping, I cannot recommend them enough. They are extremely friendly and great to work with. I’ve never had an issue with them and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied with their order. Basically, if something is wrong with it, it’s on the customer, not them, because they are that good. I NEVER leave reviews like this, but there is nothing negative to say about them. If you are in the US, there may be a slight delay in them responding, however, they are based in the UK so there is a time zone difference, and they are busy, so keep that in mind. They will even recognize frames and, given the option to use their creativity, they go above and beyond. 100% recommend and I can’t say enough good things about them.
