Basically, if something is wrong with it, it’s on the customer, not them, because they are that good. I NEVER leave reviews like this, but there is nothing negative to say about them. If you are in the US, there may be a slight delay in them responding, however, they are based in the UK so there is a time zone difference, and they are busy, so keep that in mind.
