I absolutely love this painting! It’s so beautifully done that anyone would think the people in it had sat for hours in the artist’s studio, not that it was based solely on photos, and that the painter had never even met them in real life.

She’s extremely detail-oriented – even getting down the color of specific beard hairs on one of the guys in the shot & very small details of gear that I was wearing in the shot (you could even see logos).
