At Portraithy Art, we value the uniqueness of your custom artwork. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the painting has been completed, unless the item arrives damaged.
Return Policy for Custom Paintings
All our paintings are custom-made to order based on your specific requirements. Consequently, they are considered non-refundable once the creation process has begun. We only accept returns or exchanges if the artwork is damaged during shipping.
Criteria for Redo or Refund
- Damage During Shipping:
If your custom painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and the painting. We will collaborate with you to either redo the painting or issue a refund, depending on the extent of the damage. - Significant Damage:
If the painting has significant damage affecting its overall quality and is not related to the artistic process, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and a detailed description of the damage. We will assess the situation and offer a redo or refund based on the severity of the issue. - Lost Shipment:
If your painting is lost during shipping, contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping company to locate your painting. If it cannot be found, we will redo the painting at no additional cost.
Refunds for Order Cancellations
- Within 48 Hours of Order Placement:
If you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. - After 48 Hours:
If you cancel your order more than 48 hours after placing it, a 10% fee will be retained as a deposit on your account. This deposit can be used for future purchases or services within 6 months.
