Prices for products and services offered through our site are displayed on the website. The final price may vary depending on the artwork size, number of figures, frame, delivery option, additional design services, photo restoration, taxes, duties, or other applicable charges.

Payment must be made in US dollars or another currency available at checkout. Any currency conversion fees are determined and charged by the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Payment Methods and Processing
We accept payments via PayPal and major credit or debit cards. Card payments are securely processed through Stripe via the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform.

Disclaimer
This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see “WESTERN BID” listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement.

Any additional charges approved by the customer, including design adjustments, photo restoration, framing, expedited delivery, taxes, or duties, will be added to the final amount due.

10. Production and Delivery

We will contact you via the email provided at the time of order placement to get your approval of the online proof of your artwork. After approval, you will be prompted to complete your order and make the final payment, including any additional fees calculated based on your chosen delivery option and any additional services you may have requested. You are responsible for providing us with a valid email address for communication, as we cannot fulfill your order without additional information or confirmations required from you after order placement.

You have the right to request a refund for the amount paid at the time of order placement for orders that are not completed within 30 days from the date of order placement. Failure to do so will result in the non-refundable nature of the payment made at the time of order placement.

11. Customer Conduct; Ownership

All content on our site, including text, documents, descriptions, products, software, graphics, photos, sounds, videos, and services, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or service marks without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability
